Otium Hotel Zeynep offers top of the line services, all provided conveniently and inclusively by our experienced staff in order to satisfy every need of our guests. A thorough and careful standardization process is the core of our services to guarantee an outstanding experience at any of the Otium hotels.

The operation concept of Otium Hotel Zeynep is ultra all inclusive; Open buffet breakfast, late breakfast, open buffet lunch, open buffet dinner, mid-day snacks (pizza, spaghetti, pita bread, stuffed potatoes, barbecue, ice cream), Turkish desserts, tea time with cookies and donut, gozleme at the yoruk tent, cocktails, 3 a la carte restaurants (Turkish and Italian- seafood a la cartre is extra), mid-night snack are all included. Moreover, local alcoholic/some import alcoholic drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks at our bars and restaurants are included. Beverages and bottled water at the mini-bars in rooms are replenished daily. And finally fitness center, Turkish bath, sauna, beauty center and non-motorized water sports are included too.

These are the extra services that are not included in the UAI system: Premium imported alcoholic drinks, laundry, massage, wellness treatments, tennis rackets, court lights, telephone, billiards, water sports with fuel consumption, bicycle rentals, internet, room service, shopping, computer and video games.

Laundry Service

Materials given by 10 am are delivered back on the same day. Fees apply and 25% surplus is charged for the express service.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Mini safes in the rooms are free of charge. In addition general purpose safes can be requested from the reception.

Exchange Office

Front office cashiers will conveniently take care of your travel currency needs.

Reading Room-Leisure Room

A quite corner, in which you can read various books and news papers. There is also a quite and  separate area to play, cards, back gammon, chess and more.

TV Room

You can enjoy many TV channels with other guests.

Doctor & Nurse

Nurse is available from 9 am to 5 pm 6 days a week. Doctor visiting hours are announced monthly. 24 hours service is available at a near by hospital. Infirmary is located at the entrance floor.

Baby Sitting

Available on request and demand must reach the reception before 11 am and in 12 hours in advance. Fees may apply.

Mail Services

A mail box is available at the reception/concierge. Stamps and postcards are available at the market.

Parasols, Deck Chairs & Mattresses

All are available and free of charge at the  beach and  the swimming pools.

Car Rental Services

A car rental desk is available to meet your special needs
