General Director’s Message
OTI Holding has completed 24 years in the tourism sector and stepped into the accommodation sector for the first time in 2005 by establishing Otium Hotels. We go on giving services today with our 3 hotels in different regions of Antalya and 3 rental hotels in the most beautiful region of Egypt Sharm El Sheikh. We will welcome our guests in 2016 summer season in our hotels located at Titreyengol which are Otium Eco Club and Otium Hotel Seven Seas and in Otium Hotel Life which is located in Kemer-Goynuk. While concentrating on the family concept in Otium Eco Club, we will go on providing different services and concepts in our other hotels in Kemer and Sidfe regions in 2016. We started operating our hotels in Sharm El Sheikh; Otium Hotel Amphoras, Otium Hotel Aloha and Otium Hotels Golden in 2014. Our room number has reached 1890 in total together with these hotels.
We, as OTI Holding,our mission is to bring maximum benefit to our customers, employees, society, and shareholders by conducting proper, efficient, and sustainable investments within the framework of total quality and environmental consciousness. For this reason this concept lies in the foundation of our investments in the accommodation sector.
Otium Eco Club which is the first hotel of our group is the most concrete proof of our concept since it owns ISO certificates. In addition to that, Otium Eco Club attended the "Green Star" application started by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism in order to determine and honor "Environment Friendly Accommodation Facilities" and became the first facility which was entitled to earn the Green Star Certificate in Side region. I would like to state with proud that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism crowned our environment friendly service concept by granting us the Green Star Certificate. This concept which rules over all of our facilities will also rule over every step we take, every facility we buy and every investment we make.
We believe in continuously increase the service quality besides protecting the environment for a sustainable tourism. Our target is 100 percent guest satisfaction and we are aware that the first condition for that is 100 percent employee satisfaction. The good quality human resource we have is our greatest advantage and we give great importance to training in order to develop this source and follow up the innovations in the sector.
Briefly; with our environment friendly investments and good quality human resource, we are continuing to proceed with strong steps in the accommodation sector where "good service" is basis.
As OTI Holding our growth strategy in the accommodation sector will continue in the coming years both inland and abroad.
